We spruiked the terrific sales results in March on this website as our best sales results for 23 months. Well April was BETTER!!

The Real Estate Rental property market remains tight with strong demand across all levels of price ranges and especially the bottom end to middle sections of the market.

Rents are rising steadily ,and it is expected to continue with no signs the demand for rental properties easing in the near future.

March Best Sales Month for 23 months!

Reiwa have been sprooking the return of the market with increases to the volumes of sales by approximately 30%. We can confirm that through the Northern central suburbs of Perth this is exactly what is happening with us recording our best month for Volume of sales for 23 months.

The market has been steadily recovering in terms of numbers of transactions since November of last year with strong activity in all price ranges however in particular lower ends of the market.

Property Sales Push Through Christmas and New Year

Happy New Year and I hope that you had a restful Christmas and holiday season.

Our Sales Agents got less than they expected in terms of time off over the normal hollday Christmas time as the market pushed through Christmas and the New Year.

Following on from a great result in November we recorded the best December in written sales for two years and prior to that it is the second best year in seven years for the month of December.

A solid Month of enquiry and results in the month of June. Many Sellers have adjusted expectations to the current market , priced their properties sensibly and in come the buyers.

Value for money is the key ingredient when selling property and buyers certainly know value. We have had numerous circumstances of multiple buyers dealing on the same property and fighting it out, which has not been seen since boom times.
